Andrew has been involved in Edge Housing Project since 2013 initially helping run the finances for the founders before Rachel Bashir came on board as the first staff member. Andrew works for Oxford Community Church in the Admin team, with responsibilities for governance, finance, buildings, HR, H&S, and technology. He is also an elder in the church, and the primary liaison between Edge Housing and the church leadership team. He lives near several of Edge’s houses on the west side of Oxford with his wife and two daughters.
