Brian Wilkinson trained as a Civil Engineering and worked in the construction industry for 15 years. He then brought his strategic outlook and management experience to the operations of a Christian Charity working internationally with ‘Children at risk’. Over 23 years it grew from a group of passionate ex-students to partnering with 37 networks in 22 countries working with over 5,500 churches and organisations, reaching out to 1.5 million children. His passion was to see the Christian response in a given city take a seat at the decision making table as the largest provider of care for children in that place and be the leading force for change across the city. Brian has now returned to small scale building works while supporting a number of charities in a technical capacity.  He and his wife live in Oxford with two adult daughters living nearby with three grandchildren.
